The gastronomic offer at Guia, in Albufeira, now includes a new restaurant, Italian Republic, which, according to the brand, “gained a new protagonist” with its opening. The space presents two distinct proposals: “the full menu, available inside the restaurant, for a true journey into the flavors of Italy; and the quick menus, designed for those looking for practical and tasty options to enjoy in the food court”.
According to the Italian Republic, the recipes “inspired by Italian classics” were designed to respond to different visitor profiles, with a selection that includes pizzas, pastas, risottos and antipasti. Among the more than ten varieties of artisanal pizzas – from Margherita to Mediterranean, Calzone or Vegetarian – the brand highlights the “original Pizza Amalfi, a beef burger wrapped in pizza dough, with pomodoro, mozzarella, caramelized red onion, mushrooms, bacon, salad and fries”.

The pasta offering includes options such as Lasagna, Cannellone, Spaghetti alla Carbonara, alla Bolognese, Penne al Salmone or Linguini Pescatore. The risottos, all at the same price, come in six varieties, including versions with elements of Portuguese gastronomy, such as “Risotto à Bulhão Pato (with clams, shrimp, sautéed spinach in Bulhão Pato sauce and rosemary croutons)” or “de Alheira, with peppers, crunchy dehydrated white onion and savoy cabbage”.
In addition to these, the restaurant also includes meat and fish dishes, salads, burgers and different antipasti, such as “Bruschetta, Aglio (baked bread with garlic and rosemary, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil), Pomodoro with pesto”, finishing with classic Italian desserts such as Tiramisù, Profiteroles or Panna Cotta.
For those looking for a quick meal, Italian Republic states that it offers “special menus for quick meals, ideal for those looking for convenience with flavor”, all with a drink included, including “the Pasta Menu (€9.90), the Hamburger Menu (€10.60) and the Pizza Menu, with prices between €8.90 and €10.60”.
