A well-known TV series in Markizák is a permanent fixture, which also transports viewers to the times of war and uncertainty that reigned in Slovakia. For Koktejl.sk, actor Martin Mňahončák spoke with musician Teri Čikoš, who is part of the series Dunaj at your service, where he plays William Urban.
He guards his privacy well, and the answer to the question, what is relaxation for him, corresponds to this. “My kids and my wife. This is the most. And then there are the moments I love when I can be alone. That’s the best.” admitted Mňahončák, who filmed The Magic Apple and then the fairy tale The Princess a Hundred Times Differently, which the audience will see soon.
The actor is not only devoted to period themes, but also recently to fairy tales. “That’s the biggest joke that I shot the first fairy tale in my life a year ago, last summer. The second year this year, and I would only like to shoot fairy tales,” he admitted good-naturedly. Then the children have something to look forward to. “It’s so lighthearted, it’s nice, people like it, we like it, we can hang out, laugh, play. It’s like…a genre I’ve discovered now,” he added.
