Since the Vienna election, Ulli Sima (SPÖ) has added a new area of responsibility to her portfolio as a city councilor: public transport. But with the Wiener Linien, a problem child of the city was added to her department. The city has been making financial gains for years, so much so that starting next year the 365-euro annual ticket will be made more expensive by around 100 euros. But Sima is also planning cuts for car traffic.
