Former presenter Zuzana Belohorcová is being attacked from several sides. She is dealing with a divorce with a bitter background with her husband Vlast Hájko, and she received another blow. After serious health problems, she had to say goodbye forever to the cat they had in the family for many years. A well-known Slovak woman tried to help the four-legged pet and ran with him to the experts in Tenerife, but it was too late to save him.
Belohorcová also shared the sad news with her followers on Instagram. “The greatest warrior has already found his peace. He is already smiling at us from heaven. Today it was one of the most difficult decisions for me and the children, but the chance of recovery and a dignified life was very, very small,” she explained. “And again, as always in such difficult and decisive moments, the three of us, Salminka, Nevinko and I, were a support for each other and especially for our Guccinka,” she added.
They first said goodbye to their beloved cat and stayed with him until his last breath. According to Belohorcova, he was surrounded by those he loved and who loved him. “We will miss you. Forever in our hearts,” she wrote in an emotional post.
The ex-moderator shared several pictures of the cat from the time when the children were still small, you can find them in the PHOTO gallery. Gucci was part of their family even when they lived in Miami and then he was getting used to his new home in Tenerife.
Salma posted more details about the furry pet’s problems. “My cat had serious breathing problems and had several surgeries. Unfortunately, there was no other option, and even if there was, it would be too risky! We decided on this option to end his constant suffering as he was already 18 years old! We truly believe this was the right way to go. He will forever remain in our hearts and will always be with us! Fly to heaven, honey. I love you,” the teenager wrote on her Instagram account.
