Emergency landing near the main train station in Mannheim: One seriously injured


Mannheim – Three passengers were injured on Friday when a light aircraft made an emergency landing south of Mannheim city center in the German state of Baden-Württemberg. According to police, the plane came to a stop in the middle of the road on a multi-lane road near Mannheim’s main train station in the afternoon. The 23-year-old pilot was seriously injured. The cause of the emergency landing was still unclear. The plane was towed away.
