“Units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine hit facilities of the Slavneft-YANOS oil refinery in the Yaroslavl region of Russia,” the General Staff of the Ukrainian military said in a Facebook post. The damaged CDU-4 processing unit accounts for about a third of the refinery’s total production capacity. Last year, the refinery produced 2.6 million tons of gasoline, 4 million tons of diesel and 4.7 million tons of fuel oil, according to industry sources.
