According to Ethos, Fachin’s initiative “is aligned with the principles of public governance, transparency and institutional integrity defended by the institute and must be understood as an essential measure to guarantee the prevention of conflicts of interest, the declaration of economic and family ties, the regulation of participation in events and private conversations and ethical guidance on public demonstrations and the use of social networks”.
