A good two months after the election, the new Czech government will be complete. Almost anyway. Last Tuesday, President Petr Pavel reappointed former prime minister Andrej Babiš, head of the populist Ano party, as head of government. The other ministers will also be sworn in on Monday. Only one person is missing: Filip Turek, whom the right-wing conservative Motorists’ Party nominated as environment minister, is in the hospital.
