You can make these gingerbread cookies without baking. And only in fifteen minutes

Not everyone has the time or inclination for long preparations in the kitchen, especially during the hot pre-Christmas period. Fortunately, there are desserts that taste like the classics and require a minimum of effort.

The basis of this recipe are naturally sweet and nutritious products that you can easily buy in most stores. Thanks to them, gingerbread not only tastes good, but also fills you up for a long time. To prepare gingerbread without baking you need:

  • 15 g coconut flour,
  • 150 g of dates,
  • 2 flat tablespoons of peanut butter,
  • 25 g kakao,
  • 50 g of almond flour,
  • 8 g of gingerbread spice.

Optional 1 bar of dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa). There is no wheat flour or sugar, so the dessert is also suitable for people on a gluten-free diet or those who limit sweets.

We start preparation by adding all the ingredients to the blender. Mix them into a uniform, plastic mass – if it is too dry, just add a bit of peanut butter, and if it is too moist, add a pinch of coconut flour. From the ready-made mass we form small gingerbreads in any shapes. If you want, you can pour melted dark chocolate over them, which will add elegance and depth of flavor to the dessert. At the end put the gingerbreads in the fridge for about 2 hoursso that they harden and acquire the perfect consistency.
