Hollywood is paying tribute to the actor turned director, Rob Reiner, who was found dead with his wife, Michele Singer Reinerat his home in Brentwood on Sunday (14).

She called Reiner the “warmest, funniest, most generous spirit.” “I cherish the time we spent working together and the many films he made that shaped who I am,” the actress wrote. “Rob and his lovely wife Michele were always so kind, and brought me so much joy whenever I was lucky enough to see them.”

Death of Robin and Michelle Reiner
The actor and his wife were found dead in their home on the west side of Los Angeles, a family spokesperson said late Sunday night (15). From the beginning, authorities have been investigating the deaths as apparent homicides.
Nick Reinerthe couple’s son, is arrested in Los Angeles and has been charged with the death of his parents.
“Our robbery and homicide division is handling the investigation. They worked throughout the night on this case and were able to arrest Nick Reiner, one of the suspects,” said Los Angeles Police Chief Jim McDonnell.
