Trento/Vienna – A new development has occurred in the ongoing investigation in Italy against Signa founder René Benko on allegations of forming a criminal organization. According to media reports, the Trentino examining judge Enrico Borrelli did not grant the public prosecutor’s request to stop the proceedings against Benko.
