Messages obtained by the Federal Police show that the judge Macário Ramos Judice Netofrom TRF-2 (Federal Regional Court of the 2nd Region), asked for tickets for the Flamengo game against Ceará, in December, for the deputy Rodrigo Bacellar (Union), former president of Alerj (Legislative Assembly of Rio de Janeiro).
A to Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the STF (Supreme Federal Court) as proof that the judge, arrested this Tuesday morning (16), and Bacellar, who is removed from the presidency of Alerj, maintained “close ties of friendship”.
The dismissed judge and the former president of Alerj are being investigated by the Federal Police for allegedly leaking confidential information from an investigation against former state deputy Thiego Raimundo de Oliveira Santos, TH Joias, suspected of having links with Comando Vermelho.
“Dear brother, good afternoon! How have you been? Tell me something, can you do it”, sent the judge to Bacellar on the afternoon of November 30th, three days before the match in which the team became Brazilian champions for the ninth time.
“I won’t find a way even if I break down the gate,” replied Bacellar. The then president of Alerj mentioned that he would wait for the definition of the ticket load informed by Suderj (Superintendency of Sports of the State of Rio de Janeiro).
Macário explained that the tickets would go to family members, including a brother and a nephew, both described as fans of the club. Bacellar stated that he did not intend to attend the game and reiterated that he would resolve the request, committing to provide a response by the following day.
Two days later, the judge informed that the tickets had been obtained in another way and thanked the parliamentarian, highlighting that it would not be necessary to “occupy him”. “We will be champions tomorrow, amen”, stated the judge.
“I love you my brother”, replied Bacellar. “Whenever you need me, I’m here for any stop, especially at bad times”, concluded the former president of Alerj.
The messages, according to , reinforce the close personal relationship between Macário Judice and Rodrigo Bacellar, highlighted as one of the elements analyzed in the investigation.
The dialogue is part of the set of evidence gathered in the investigation that investigates an alleged information leak scheme about police operations, involving authorities with jurisdiction prerogative. The defense of those mentioned did not speak out until the conclusion of the police report.
