Agents serve warrants in Rio de Janeiro and Espírito Santo as determined by the STF; licensed deputy is the target of searches after having his arrest revoked by Alerj in the previous stage
The (PF) began, on the morning of this Tuesday (16), the second phase of Operation Nail and Meat. The action aims to comply with court orders issued by the minister of the Federal Supreme Court ().
In total, the police teams carried out one arrest warrant and another ten search and seizure warrants. The investigations take place simultaneously at addresses located in the states of Espírito Santo and Espírito Santo.
One of the focuses of this new stage is the licensed state deputy (União Brasil), who is the target of a search and seizure warrant. The parliamentarian had already been detained during the first phase of the investigations, but is free after the plenary of the Legislative Assembly of Rio de Janeiro () voted for his release.
