The US kills 8 people in another attack against three alleged drug boats in the Pacific

USA carried out three new attacks this Monday against three vessels supposedly operated by drug traffickers in it Eastern Pacificnearly Colombiawithin the framework of the ‘Lanza del Sur’ operation.

During the attacks they were eight crew killedaccording to a publication by the Southern Command on its X account where it attached the video of the operation ordered by the Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth.

Military intelligence assured that the vessels moved along known drug trafficking routes and actively participated in the transportation of drugs and weapons.

According to the Task Force office, this operation is part of Operation ‘Lanza del Sur’, whose strategic objective is to interrupt the flow of narcotics and neutralize terrorist threats that use maritime routes for their illicit activities.

The new attack occurs in a context in which the president of the United States, Donald Trumphas repeatedly assured that it will begin ground operations in Venezuela justified in eradicating drug trafficking operations.

Last week, Trump assured that the Colombian president, Gustavo Petrowas the “next”, in reference to the pressure strategy carried out against the Venezuelan Nicolas Maduro.

The United States military deployment in international waters has left more than 26 vessels destroyed and some 90 killed.
