This FC Porto is the best ever in the championship

Another game, another victory; this time against Estrela da Amadora. In 14 games, 13 triumphs. It had never happened.

O FC Porto beat Estrela da Amadora 3-1in the game that closed the 14th round of the I League.

Last night, at Estádio do Dragão, the Porto fans scored in the first half through Samu, via penalty, shortly after the first quarter of an hour.

More goals in the second half: Abraham Marcus still equalized in the 60th minute but, shortly afterwards, Francisco Moura and Samu again confirmed the home team’s triumph.

With this result, FC Porto already knows that they will reach Christmas as leader of the championship, even if they lose to Alverca in the next round.

FC Porto has 40 points, five more than Sporting and eight more than Benfica.

More than that: the team led by Francesco Farioli won 13 of 14 games that he has already performed in the championship. The other ended in a draw. I.e, never lost until now.

And it should be noted that FC Porto has already faced Sporting, Benfica and Sporting de Braga. They just didn’t beat Benfica (0-0 at home).
