Washington – US President Donald Trump has tightened the pace as part of his anti-drug policy: By decree on Monday, he classified the painkiller fentanyl as a “weapon of mass destruction”. Contrary to official statistics, Trump claimed that “200,000 to 300,000 people” died annually from the drug. Meanwhile, the US Army attacked three more suspected drug boats in the Eastern Pacific.
