Ukraine needs “legally binding guarantees,” Zelenskyy said after talks with Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof. “There are many questions about how we can get protection without NATO membership,” Zelenskyy said. “We must receive support and it is important for us to have all security guarantees,” he emphasized.
At Monday’s negotiations in Berlin, the European and American participants committed to specific contributions to support the country’s security, Zelensky said. But the president did not specify which countries are willing to participate in the agreed multinational security forces. But he said the document with details would be released only after the ceasefire.
Zelensky announced that the negotiations will continue in the American city of Miami, where Russia’s response is also expected. However, he clarified that he will not participate in them.
