The former presenter Adriana Kneissl got married and today she seems to have been replaced. The well-known face from the television screens made a radical change in diet and also started to take big steps. The strict diet has borne fruit, and Adriana is disappearing before our eyes. She talked about what led her to this amazing transformation in the podcast.
“I noticed one photo in which I was photographed at a time when I made out, made out, and ate out. Eating between meals, or dozing off in the evening while watching TV, or emotional eating, got to me like all women my age.” she explained. She pointed out bad habits that the vast majority of people have, such as eating nuts while watching TV or a bowl of fruit yogurt with sweetened muesli.
Adriana was no exception, and this eating had an unpleasant effect on her after two years. “When I looked at that photo, I thought, oh my god, a 50-year-old aunt. I don’t want to look like that. That’s how I perceived myself. No one told me that. Nobody dealt with it. Me alone. And then I said to myself that I want to do something with myself, because I don’t want to look like this.” she described the moment when she decided to change her life.
When it comes to losing weight, diet is the basis, and the former face of Telerán from Marquesas immediately began to deal with it. “I realized that when I prepare breakfast for my guests, I also cut dzobs. Then I don’t have time to eat all day because I’m already serving them, then I’m cleaning, cooking, washing, ironing, going shopping, taking care of the chickens, the garden and everything. And in the evening, when I finally sit down, because I’m already rested, I catch up on the food from the whole day. So before I go to bed, I’m going to make out.” she talked.
In her case, the aforementioned improper diet caused the weight gain, not menopause or hormones. “I stopped talking about hormones and transitioning because I realized that I was the one who caused the weight gain. And I knew that the only way to stop it was to be strict with myself. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Nothing in between“, she shared her recipe for a slim figure. She has her last meal at six in the evening.
He admits that the beginnings were not easy at all. “Even the French do it that way and they don’t die of hunger. Yes, I was more hungry the first month, but I always knew I had to persevere. The second month it stabilized and after the third month it didn’t even occur to me anymore. I already had breakfast and didn’t even think about food until lunch. Because we still have the tendency to always think about food,” noted Kneissl.
According to her, people overeat unnecessarily. “Even those nuts by the TV or chips. Do they really have to be? No, it’s just our bad habit. Well, this is what I realized that she has to be strict with herself and get rid of all bad habits. So when I want to watch TV or a series, I take my tablet and go to the gym to walk. Or I don’t put anything on the table while watching TV, just a glass of water,” she said, adding that losing weight is all about discipline.
