You will eat your fill and take care of your figure. It's worth knowing the recipe for this salad

Dietitians encourage you to include a portion of vegetables in most meals. If you notice that you are not eating enough of them, filling, fit saladwill be perfect for you. It is colorful and delicious, and contains many healthy ingredients. The distinctive sauce perfectly enhances the taste of crunchy vegetables, sweet raisins and nuts. It will provide you with many vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber. It’s a balance between lightness and a hearty snack.

To prepare this recipe, you will need:

  • small iceberg lettuce,
  • 1 fresh cucumber,
  • 2 carrots,
  • 1 red pepper,
  • 1 yellow pepper,
  • 1 red onion,
  • a handful of raisins,
  • a handful of walnuts (shelled),
  • a handful of roasted peanuts,
  • optional: 100 g soybean sprouts.

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce,
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice,
  • 1 tablespoon of honey,
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil,
  • optional: half a teaspoon of chili paste.

You can eat this salad on its own or serve it for dinner with a piece of your favorite meat or fish and potatoes.

Tear the iceberg lettuce into smaller pieces and place in a large bowl. Cut the cucumber into thin half-slices, just like the peeled carrots.

Remove the seeds from the peppers. Cut into strips. Chop the onion finely.

If using soybean sprouts, rinse and drain them.

Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Add a handful of raisins. Add chopped walnuts. Add roasted peanuts.

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, honey and sesame oil. If you like spicy salads, add chili paste. Mix thoroughly.

Pour the dressing over the salad. Stir gently just before serving to keep the vegetables fresh and crisp.
