To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- 200 g smoked salmon,
- 1 onion,
- 1 lemon,
- 3 pickled cucumbers,
- 1 sprig of dill,
- 1 avocado (you can also use capers),
- arugula to serve.
Prepare the salmon. It’s best if it’s in one piece, not in slices. Cut it into small cubes with a sharp knife, paying attention to any bones.
