The leader of the government in , (PT-BA), was criticized by the president’s allies for having made a procedural agreement that allowed and benefits the former president (PL).
Wagner admitted to the Senate’s CCJ (Constitution and Justice Committee) that he made an agreement for the text to move forward without consulting the president or the minister (Institutional Relations). According to him, the merits of the text were not addressed.
