Carlos Jordy denies irregularities and classifies the PF operation as ‘persecution’

The federal deputy (PL-RJ) used social media, this Friday (19), to deny the commission of irregularities and classify the Galho Fraco operation as “persecution”, (see the deputy’s post below).

Jordy and the leader of the PL in the Chamber, , were the targets of search and seizure warrants issued by the minister , of the Federal Supreme Court (). The investigation investigates alleged misappropriation of parliamentary quota resources through shell companies.

In his defense, the parliamentarian addressed the suspicion raised by investigators about the contracted car rental company. According to Jordy, the accusation that the company was a front is based on the fact that the company has a fleet of just five vehicles, while others in the sector have more than 20. The deputy contested the argument and stated that he has been using the provider’s services for years, since the beginning of his mandate.

Jordy also criticized the date chosen for the execution of the warrants. “Today, again my daughter’s birthday, they are again carrying out this cowardly persecution alleging that I had diverted parliamentary quota resources using a fake vehicle rental company”, he declared.
