Integrated police action results in the seizure of a weapon and the recovery of a stolen motorcycle

A quick and integrated action between the Military Police and the Civil Police resulted in the seizure of a firearm and the recovery of a motorcycle stolen during an armed robbery that occurred around 8:30 am this Thursday (18), in the Alto Acre region.

Shortly after the crime, security forces began joint efforts with the aim of locating the vehicle and identifying those responsible. The searches were concentrated in the José Hassem neighborhood, in the municipality of Epitaciolândia, where the motorcycle was located less than four hours after the robbery.

During the operation, the police seized a loaded 38-caliber revolver and detained a suspect, who was taken to the Police Station to give a statement to the chief police officer.

According to information from security forces, other possible people involved in the crime have already been identified and are still being sought. The recovered motorcycle was presented at the police station for legal proceedings and subsequent return to the owner.

The action reinforces the importance of integrated action between the Military Police and the Civil Police in the Alto Acre region, which continue to work continuously to combat crime and guarantee the safety of the population.
