“The president of the chamber of deputies took my mandate at the stroke of a pen, across the house table, out of pure cowardice, a decision that did not respect the rules of the Chamber itself, nor the will of the vote in plenary, much less obeyed the clear text of the constitution”, he said in a video shared on X (formerly Twitter).
Ramagem attacked the president of the Chamber, Hugo Motta, and said that he is a puppet of the minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF). “The words of the President of the Chamber were: ‘I did what I had to do’, the words of a doll, a puppet in the hands of a STF minister”, he declared.
The president of the Chamber of Deputies revoked my mandate, with the stroke of a pen, by the Chamber’s Board.
He carried out unconstitutional orders as a subordinate of a dictator minister.
