Suspect of shooting in Brown and murder of teacher at IMT found dead is Portuguese

Cláudio Valente was found dead this morning near a warehouse in Salem, New Hampshire. He had a backpack and two firearms.

The suspect in the Brown University attack has been identified. He is a Portuguese man, Cláudio Neves Valente, 48 years old. Authorities suspect that he will be the same man who shot and killed Nuno Loureiro, from MIT, outside his home in Boston.

Born in Torres Novas, he traveled to the United States to study Physics at Brown University more than 20 years ago, revealed Dean Christina Paxson.
