Val-d’Isère – A week after the speed opener in St. Moritz, the world’s best ski racers will be taking part in the high-speed races in Val-d’Isère this weekend. On Saturday at the downhill (10:30 a.m.) and on Sunday at the Super-G (11:00 a.m. / live on ORF 1), the eyes will be primarily on Lindsey Vonn and Sofia Goggia, who are considered the favorites. But the ÖSV team, led by Cornelia Hütter and Mirjam Puchner, also wants to have a say in the fight for the podium places.
