English woman Becca († 30) dedicated her life to caring for patients who were fighting cancer. However, two years ago, she noticed serious symptoms that led to the diagnosis of a fatal disease. , despite intensive treatment, she died just seven months after the condition was discovered.

Becca, who was born in Britain, spent the first eight years of her life in the American state of California. She eventually returned to the UK with her family and siblings in 2007, where she continued her studies and eventually became a doctor in an oncology ward.
But just two years after graduating, Becca noticed an unusual symptom. After returning home from a party in June 2023, she realized she couldn’t go to the bathroom. The consultant sent the young doctor for a CT scan, which revealed a large ovarian cyst with a diameter of about 14 cm. Although they managed to remove it, the symptoms persisted. So Becca underwent another operation a few weeks later to find out the cause of her condition.
Although her family believed that she would soon recover, the truth was much more dire. Her colleagues revealed that suffering from a rare and fast-growing form of ovarian cancer that has spread to her breasts, lungs and lymph nodes.
The young English woman soon ended up in the same oncology department where she worked a few months ago. Despite the efforts of the doctors, her condition continued to deteriorate. “She was getting weaker and sicker. She ended up shaving her hair because of chemotherapy,” her sister added. Although she was in an extremely difficult situation, Becca was still smiling in the photos. “We nicknamed her ‘laughter’ since she was little,” noted her mother, Monica.
Her cancer had spread to her intestines, and doctors had exhausted all options for further treatment. After the bad news, her close family decided to spend every free moment with Becca so that she would never be alone.
