The US Department of Justice has begun to release documents related to convicted sex predator Jeffrey Epstein, who had connections to the highest people in the country and the world.
The documents are expected to reveal more details about Epstein’s ties to influential figures, including politicians and businessmen.
Deputy US Attorney General Todd Blanche said on Friday that they would release several hundred thousand documents.
We are gradually analyzing the documents and have access to them. Earlier, the former’s name was mentioned in them, although only marginally. Both also have a photo together.
Epstein was also acquainted with Donald Trump, who was not yet president at the time.
Who is in the released Epstein Files?
According to a letter to Congress obtained by Fox News, Deputy Attorney General Blanche said a review of documents found more than 1,200 victims and their families and that the Justice Department redacted or withheld any material that could reveal their identities.
“As a result of this process, more than 1,200 names of victims or their relatives have been identified. We have redacted the links to these names,” Blanche reports. “In addition to redacting the names of these victims, we have also redacted and are not releasing any material that could lead to their identification.

Many of the published photos also include former US President Bill Clinton, the photo below shows him in a massage with Epstein’s right-hand man Ghislaine Maxwell and allegedly with a minor girl, whose face is not visible.
According to information from the leaked Epstein Files, the sexual predator was interested in photographing young girls in swimming pools. In at least one case, the photos and negatives of a professional photographer who took pictures of her younger teenage sisters in her spare time were stolen. After Epstein obtained the photos, he allegedly threatened to set fire to the author’s house if she told anyone about the theft.
Most of the photos available to us and released by the US Congress are similarly edited.
He met Trump
Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein have been friends for 15 years, with Epstein at one point considering himself Trump’s “closest friend.”
“I’ve known Jeff for 15 years. He’s a great guy,” Trump told New York magazine in 2002. “He’s a lot of fun. They even say he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and a lot of them are younger.”
The relationship eventually fell apart when the men fought over a competition to acquire the property. After Epstein was convicted of child sex offenses in Florida in 2008, Trump distanced himself from the financier, saying he was “not a fan.”
