A Totvs reported this Friday (19) that it closed the acquisition contract for TBDC Software Development (TBDC)for the amount of R$80 million.
TBDC is a company specialized in solutions for agribusinesscovering the entire production chain, from input manufacturers to rural producers and consultancies, stated , in a statement to the market.
The contract provides for additional payment (“earn-out”), subject to compliance with certain conditions, said Totvs.
