The wife of the impeached deputy (PL-SP), Heloisa Bolsonaro, published this Sunday (Dec 21, 2025) photos of the couple and their daughters in the United States, where they have been since February.
Eduardo had his mandate revoked by the Chamber on Thursday (Dec 18) for reaching the limit of permitted absences. According to article 55 of the Federal Constitution, a deputy may lose his mandate if he misses ⅓ or more of the ordinary sessions in the legislative year, except for authorized leaves or missions.
