Authorities intercepted a third vessel near , in international waters. The information was released this Sunday (21) by news agencies Reuters e Bloombergciting US officials.

The operation comes just days after the president announced a blockade targeting oil tankers subject to sanctions entering or leaving the South American country.

Although the name of the ship and its exact location at the time of the approach have not been revealed, reports indicate that it is a Panamanian-flagged oil tanker. The vessel would be on its way to Venezuela with the aim of being loaded.
