Preparing this holiday snack won’t be difficult. If we want to make about 6-10 such cookies, depending on the size of the mold, we will need the following things. Here’s the full list :

  • 80 g of white chocolate,
  • 80 g of milk chocolate,
  • silicone molds for small Christmas tree-shaped cookies,
  • toothpick,
  • optional: sprinkles, chopped nuts and other decorations.

The first step to preparing this tasty snack is to break the white chocolate into one bowl and the milk chocolate into another. We can melt them in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds and stir after each heating, or do it in a water bath until the chocolates become completely liquid. Remember that the chocolate must be well melted, but not too hot.

Then pour a small amount of white chocolate into each small mold. Add milk chocolate to it. Gently pull a toothpick through the mass 2-3 times to create a marble pattern. We can sprinkle the top of our cookie with the additions of our choice.

Finally, we put the molds in the freezer. Leave them there for about half an hour until they harden completely and remove them from the molds. Store the prepared cookies in the refrigerator.
