Botafogo is close to defining the name of the next coach. According to journalist César Luis Merlo, via UOL Esporte, the Rio club advanced in negotiations for Argentine Martín Anselmi, 40 years old.
Still according to Merlo, after days of negotiations between the black and white leadership and the coach’s staff, the dialogue evolved and brought the agreement closer to an outcome.
The internal expectation is that a definition will take place in the coming days, although there are still points to be adjusted before the contract is signed.
