If I had to choose one type of dessert, it would be creams and puddings. No matter whether it’s Parisian flan, Italian panna cotta, classic crème caramel, or Austrian vanilla pudding: I love everything that wafts delicately, shines and disintegrates into a not-too-sweet delight in the mouth at the first press of the tongue.
