A house explosion near the capital: A mother and her three young children were injured!

A mother and her three young children were seriously injured on Tuesday morning explosion of a residential building near Paris. TASR informs about it based on the report of the DPA agency. In addition to the 39-year-old mother, children aged two, four and five were injured. The explosion occurred in the village of Magny-les-Hameaux, southwest of the French capital. The building was heavily damaged, the cause of the incident is still unknown.

Authorities said the blast was extremely powerful and debris was blown up to a distance of about 100 meters. Neighboring houses and parked cars were also damaged. Almost 70 firefighters were dispatched to the scene. Gas was disconnected in the entire village, and electricity was also disconnected in the houses closest to the explosion site. The fire was already extinguished and the search for other potentially injured persons was ended.
