Hapvida () announced this Monday (22) a change in command of the health plan company, with the departure of Jorge Pinheiro and the entry of financial vice-president Luccas Augusto Adib in his place, in a process that will be conducted “throughout 2026”, stated the company in a relevant fact.
Pinheiro will become “exclusively” the “executive chairman” of the group, in place of Candido Pinheiro, also throughout 2026.
According to the company, Adib’s priorities will be to “accelerate transformations” at Hapvida with a focus on topics that include product review and discipline in capital allocation.
