One of the teams that is keeping an eye on the player’s situation is Fluminense, which has also intensified behind-the-scenes movements in search of reinforcements for next season.
In addition to him, Guilherme Arana is another Galo name expected by Tricolor das Laranjeiras to compensate for the departure of experienced names from the team.

Will Hulk be Fluminense’s new reinforcement in 2026?
Striker Hulk started to be evaluated as an alternative to lead the tricolor attack. According to journalist Gabriel Amaral, Hulk was offered to Fluminense through an intermediary.
With a salary of around R$3 million per month, the striker alternated between starting and playing on the bench at Atlético-MG, with no clear signs of renewal from the Minas Gerais club yet.
This Tuesday (23), journalist Victor Lessa reported, on social media, that Fluminense showed concrete interest and started conversations to try to make the signing of the 39-year-old player viable.
Despite his age, the striker is coming off an intense season, with 61 matches played, 50 as a starter, in addition to 21 goals scored and eight assists.
To date, however, there has been no official attack by Tricolor on Hulk.

Guilherme Arana also in Fluminense’s sights
The signing of left-back Guilherme Arana comes closer to the club’s need to reformulate the defense. Unlike Hulk’s case, Fluminense has already sent an offer to the Minas Gerais club.
Conversations between Fluminense and Atlético-MG are still in the early stages. Tricolor’s interest in Arana was announced by journalist Gabriel Amaral.
Behind the scenes, Fluminense is looking for a full-back with experience, which makes Arana a highly rated name by the football department.
Revealed by Corinthians, Guilherme Arana stood out on the national scene before playing in European football and establishing himself as one of Atlético-MG’s main full-backs.
At the Minas Gerais club, he won important titles and was once again called up to the Brazilian team. Even after the serious injury suffered in 2022, the player managed to return to his good level.
