The Attorney General’s Office (PGR) expressed itself this Monday (22) in favor of the progression of the prison regime of known as a hacker from Araraquara (SP), sentenced to eight years and three months in prison. He was arrested after hacking into the electronic system of the National Justice Council (CNJ) at the order of the and for issuing a false arrest warrant against minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the (STF) (Supreme Federal Court).
In the opinion sent to the Court, the reported that, until July 2 of this year, Delgatti had served one year, 11 months and five days of his sentence – equivalent to 20% of the total. The document also highlights that the certificate of prison conduct issued by the prison unit indicates good behavior by the inmate, a requirement provided for by law for granting the benefit.
“In this way, the objective and subjective requirements required for progression to prison regime are met”, wrote the Attorney General of the Republic, .
The PGR’s statement was requested by the minister responsible for the criminal execution process and the request for progression presented by the defense. There is no deadline for decision.
