With parliamentary amendment, Colonel Ulysses makes the new Qualivida Center of the Civil Police of Acre viable

Federal deputy Colonel Ulysses participated, this Monday (22), in the official delivery of the new Núcleo Qualivida of the Civil Police of Acre (PCAC), located in the central region of Rio Branco, in front of the old Forum Barão do Rio Branco. The new structure was made possible with a parliamentary amendment worth R$500,000 allocated by the deputy, strengthening the health and well-being program that serves the institution’s professionals.

The space has offices, auditorium, reception room, bathrooms and pantry, offering a wider, more welcoming and suitable environment for the psychological and emotional care of Civil Police employees. The initiative represents an important advance in the appreciation of those who work daily on the front lines of public safety.

During the ceremony, governor Gladson Cameli highlighted deputy Colonel Ulysses’ sensitivity and commitment to public security in Acre. According to the governor, the parliamentarian’s constant support has been fundamental in strengthening the security forces and guaranteeing better working conditions for professionals.

The general delegate of the Civil Police, Henrique, also thanked the deputy for embracing the cause of mental health within public security, highlighting the importance of Qualivida as a policy of permanent care for police officers. For him, the new nucleus represents respect, appreciation and recognition for the work performed by the category.
