The Ukrainian head of state stressed that maintaining pressure on the Kremlin is vital to reducing Moscow’s ability continue to wage war. “Lower the price of Russian oilstrong global sanctions and the continuation of other forms of pressure are what can convince even a stubborn person,” he said.
