Ramagem has been in the United States since September this year, after crossing the border with Guyana, in Bonfim, municipality of Roraima. It is up to Itamaraty to sue the United States so that the extradition can be carried out. This Monday (22/12), the MJSP responded to Moraes who had already forwarded, last week, the determination on the extradition request to the USA to the Itamaraty.

Ramagem’s mandate as federal deputy was revoked by the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Deputies on Thursday (12/18). The reason was the conviction by the STF in the process that investigated the attempted coup d’état.
