The minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) Alexandre de Moraes authorized, this Wednesday, the 24th, the visit of senator Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) and the former Rio councilor Carlos Bolsonaro (PL) to the room where former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) is hospitalized in Brasília. Moraes determined that the two must follow the same restrictions imposed on former first lady Michelle Bolsonaro, who is already at DF Star Hospital. In addition to them, the other children were also authorized: Jair Renan Bolsonaro and Laura Bolsonaro.
The defense had asked that Flávio and Carlos could visit their father with Michelle, however, in an order this Tuesday, the 23rd, which allowed the surgical procedure to be carried out, the STF minister only guaranteed the presence of the former first lady in the hospital.
Bolsonaro was admitted this morning to treat a bilateral inguinal hernia. This was the first time that the former Chief Executive left the Federal Police Superintendence, where he has been detained since November 22nd. Initially, he was detained preventively, but later served his sentence for an attempted coup d’état after the 2022 elections.

One of the orders imposed by Moraes is that at least two federal police officers remain at the door of the room where Bolsonaro will be throughout the period he is hospitalized. Cell phones and other electronic equipment, except medical utensils, cannot be used.
Bolsonaro is expected to perform the surgery on the morning of the Christmas holiday. As Estadão/Broadcast showed, the procedure lasts around three to four hours.
