Using vinegar when frying fish is simple. Just place a container with water and 3 tablespoons of vinegar near the induction hob while frying fish. When you start preparing the fish, the temperature will gradually start to evaporate the solution, thus reducing the noticeability of its aroma in the air.
You can also place a pot filled with water with vinegar on the second burner and heat it slightly (it should not boil, but only slightly steam). This also works.
