The president of Ukraine, Volodmir Zelenski, released this Wednesday, 24th, on his X account excerpts from the report carried out by the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Intelligence Service, Oleg Ivashchenko, in which he reveals Russia’s attempts to remove its energy companies from global sanctions. According to the message, Ukraine will communicate with its partners to ensure that the pressure continues to work.
The document also points out that greater ties have been recorded between Russia and entities in China that may be providing intelligence data.
According to the Ukrainian president, there were correlations between Chinese satellite images of Ukrainian territory and Russian attacks on corresponding energy infrastructure facilities. “We see such cases as activities that allow Russia to prolong the war and make diplomatic efforts less serious,” he said.

The report also draws attention to the developments of the Oreshnik systems on the territory of Belarus. “We believe that the aggressive proliferation of such weapons poses a global threat and sets a dangerous precedent. I direct that response options be prepared together with our partners,” Zelenski said on X.
