For Christian believers, the second Christmas holiday is a day of commemoration of the deacon and first martyr St. Stephen, who was stoned to death for his faith in Jesus Christ. Believers pray for St. Stefan, they thank God not only for him, but also for all other believers who sacrificed their lives for their faith in Jesus Christ.
