  • 1 kg of boiled potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 flat tablespoons of potato flour
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • Pepper and salt
  • ¾ cup of breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Oil for frying

Preparation method:

Knead the cooked and cooled potatoes well or pass them through a ricer. Add eggs and potato flour. Mix everything thoroughly and then gradually add wheat flour until the mass is thick but still soft and elastic. Season with salt and pepper. Optionally, you can add other spices, such as hot pepper.
