Puff pastry with spinach and salami is an impressive yet simple snack. The crunchy dough has a colorful stuffing inside, i.e. fried spinach, juicy tomatoes, creamy mozzarella and aromatic salami, all of which are enriched with an intense flavor. A delicate dressing of olive oil, lemon and honey emphasizes the freshness of the ingredients. Perfect for parties, meetings with friends or a light dinner.

Ingredients:
- puff pastry packaging,
- 150 g baby spinach,
- a ball of white mozzarella,
- 10 cherry tomatoes or 5-6 dried tomatoes,
- 10 slices of salami,
- a little oil.
Sos:
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil,
- a spoonful of lemon juice,
- half a teaspoon of French mustard,
- half a teaspoon of honey,
- a pinch of granulated garlic,
- salt and pepper.
How to do it:
1. Unroll the puff pastry. Divide them into rectangles with a longer side of approximately 8 cm.
2. Wash and dry the spinach, then fry it in oil until it softens slightly.
3. Cut the mozzarella ball into strips. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, drain the dried tomatoes and cut them in half as well.
4. Place the spinach on each puff pastry about half a centimeter from the bottom edge, then the salami, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes or sun-dried tomatoes.
5. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, honey, granulated garlic, salt and pepper. Mix.
6. Pour the sauce over everything. Now roll each puff pastry with spinach and salami into a roll.
7. Place the tubes on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 15 minutes.
