Greater scale and presence in Latin America
Founded in Brazil in 2010, Semantix started with a small team and a focus on the transformative potential of data. Now, the transaction takes place at a time of strategic recovery for Semantix.
After being listed on Nasdaq with a market value of US$1 billion in 2022, founder Leonardo Santos repurchased the company, adopted the founder mode to readjust processes and culture with greater agility, and worked directly in the operation. The result was 37% higher revenue in the second half of 2025 compared to the previous half.
With the integration with Atos, Semantix should expand the company’s scale, geographic coverage and technological ecosystem.

Ten-fold growth in five years
According to Semantix, the goal is to increase the company’s size tenfold over the next five years.
The portfolio now includes cybersecurity, cloud, automation, application management and SAP solutions — a management system that integrates and automates all of a company’s operational processes. The integration of Atos’ operational structure strengthens Semantix’s leadership in the sector.
With the union of operations, Semantix accesses an expanded customer base and greater regional presence. Under the agreement, the company becomes Atos’ preferred supplier in South America, ensuring continuity of service for local and global customers.
