“Sometimes it starts with an attack, a push, and ends with a sad femicide,” said the governor, reinforcing that society’s commitment must be clear: celebrating life, not living with grief. “We want women alive”, he emphasized.
Gladson Cameli also drew attention to the importance of reporting as a fundamental protection tool. According to him, one call can save a life. In situations of immediate risk, the advice is to call the Military Police on 190. The number 180 works as a national channel for guidance and reporting violence against women.
“Party yes, no mourning. Let’s live in peace”, concluded the governor, reinforcing the appeal for the population to be attentive, report and contribute to a festive period marked by respect and safety.
