The wake of Tainara Souza Santos, aged 31, run over and dragged for more than 1 km on Marginal Tietê last monthwill be held this Friday morning (26), at Cemitério São Pedro, in Vila Alpina, east of São Paulo.
The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 8am. The burial will take place at the same place, at 12 pm.
Tainara died on Wednesday night (24)Christmas Eve, after not resist the consequences caused by being run over. The death was confirmed by the family’s lawyer, Wilson Zaska, and by the victim’s family on social media.
Tainara was victim of femicidewhich took place on November 29, in the Vila Maria region, north of São Paulo. The young woman was run over and dragged for about a kilometer on Marginal Tietê. THE victim underwent five surgeriesit already needed to be.
Douglas Alves da Silva, 26 years old, identified as the perpetrator of the crime, has been arrested since November 30th and is in prison. Guarulhos Provisional Detention Center II (SP). The man must answer for feminicide.
According to the SSP-SP (Public Security Secretariat of the State of São Paulo), Douglas intended to run over and kill the victim.
